"In 2007 I rescued a 1940s Conn 10M 'Naked Lady' tenor saxophone from a school system. When I got the horn it was clear it had been abused by young students and was absolutely unplayable. It needed everything from pads and springs to dent work and a complete rebuild of the octave mechanism. I gave the sax to Alex and when I got it back I thought it was a different horn.
